technically you are downloading if you are able to get online and view pages. What browser are you using? did you try another to see if it is a browser issue? try going into safemode with network and see if you can download. this will help determine where the proble is. what are you trying to download?

You need to be more definite about what you are trying to do.

say what???

exporting is uploading, not downloading. Outlook is an email client, not a browser. You need to be specific as to exactly what you are trying to do.

Is this bank statement online?
by James Denison / November 26, 2015 6:44 PM PST

Or a file on some media? If it's a file, you open your file explorer and copy/paste it into a folder. If it's online and you are accessing it from the browser, then right clk on the link for the file and choose to save it or download it. It should end up in the browser's download folder. You can clk on the downloads for browser, then on the folder and find that file. If this came in an email message, then that's not very secure and shouldn't send bank information by email since it's usually NOT encrypted. If you did get an attachment in email and you are CERTAIN it's from your bank and not some "Phishing" attempt, then right clk on the attachment and choose to save.

what is the full name of the software. without knowing what is it, there is no way to research it to see what could be going on. Also you may need to contact the bank. maybe there is an issue with them.

has changed it's download link and probably sent a notice about it you failed to see or realize what it meant. The way to fix that is to contact your bank, find out what changed, then change the settings from where this bank statement gets downloaded into your banking program.

Meet the drop-resistant Moto Z2 Force

The Moto Z2 Force is really thin, with a fast processor and great battery life. It can survive drops without shattering.
