First if the pictures are in the body of the email they could easily be too big for your ISP to accept(although they could and should have told you this). If they are in the body try asking the sender to send them again as an attachment. This would open separately from the e-mail and can be much larger (I'm not sure why this is but am sure that it is) Finally, what format is the sender sending the photos in. They are best sent in the most common format, jpg. If they are sending them in something other than that again ask them to resend.
Since I am new at this, I need some help. I received an email with pictures attached but I am not able to view them. I keep getting a message stating that MSN mail could not retrieve the message body from MSN Hotmail. The message with photos does sit in my inbox. I checked the safety check and it states that it did not detect a antivirus program or firewall. I sure could use some ideas as to what I need to do to correct this problem. I checked with my ISP but they don't seem to be of much help. Thank you for your assitance.
