It's difficult, if not impossible, to help remotely. Back to the shop, claim warranty and let them either show that works, repair or replace it.
I received the tablet a while ago, was on holidays so didn't try to connect or charge it till 3 weeks ago. I tried to connect WiFi but in 3 locations with 2 other people that know about connecting phones & Ipads etc. There is no response anywhere. Can anyone HELP
