Unable to access compuserve 7.0 with M.E.

Hello I just installed Win. M.E. and CS 7.0 on a new HD and now I can get on line and retreve my mail but that is about all, no web page and if I try to go any placeI get a "can't find CS" error message and when I click on that I get an "sa.AOL" error message? I had the same prob. on my old hard drive when I first loaded CS 7.0 and got help from a CS tech, he was in the U.S. he told me what to do and walked me through it.It only took a cpl of mins and worked fine right up untill # days ago. When I set up the new one and found the same prob I called the same # but this time I got an Indian in New Deli or some place in Asia, not once but 3 times 3 diff techs. Their solution (all 3) was go back to 6.0 CS.and that would fix it. I told them That The tech in the States fixed it and they all said they don't know how. They only know how to read the prompter. I have an Intel p4 2.6 gig chip on an Intel M.B. with an 80 gig HD and 1.4 gigs of ram. If you need more info just ask. Thanks
