Unable to access certain sites &msn messenger

The networking is as follow:

Internet
|
Modem
|
Switch
|||
3 PC (A,B and C)

All the PC are running win XP. Whenever A is connected to the internet, B and C can surf the internet but there are certain websites which they can't view such as yahoo mail & hotmail. They are also having problem logging into msn messenger. Other than that, all works well.

Please help. Thanks.

Cannot login more than once

I have MSN messenger and when i have another computer logged onto it, it does not let me log on using the other one.

But if B and C connects using other internet account, they can use everything and have no problem surfing.
