Question

Unable to access a website

Feb 18, 2015 8:53AM PST

Until a few weeks ago I was able to access a website-it is Walgreens employees at home-allows me to access company related information. I have tried three different computers at home. I have spoken with other employees and they have access to the site.
I would appreciate any suggestions.

Try the usual such as changing to the Google DNS (how is on the web) as well as checking via a smart phone.

It's a common issue, takes about 4 or so minutes to change it here.

Resetting my router a possibility?

Yes, but...

...if you connect wireless to the router, then those settings would need to be reestablished. You could try a power off first, which won't lose the settings and is usually sufficient, instead of doing a complete reset.

Make sure you have not unknowingly blocked that website using your system firewall or with some third party software.
