It's more than the TV. Samsung has some services on the web that appear to be out of service.
1800SAMSUNG to ask about that but given how this all works, I would never count on Smart TVs today. The makers have proved time and time again they don't understand how important it is for their services to stay up. The other issue they don't get is why the TV must check in with Samsung before using Netflix, browser, etc.
The UN60D8000 Models just had a software upgrade to version 1034 (and I also had popup for version 1029) - and after upgrade they connect to Internet but The SMART HUB says Internet connection does not work - What sort of a software upgrade is this? Really don't they test software with such basic stuff before moving it to Production?
