Good Afternoon!

They are both the same, one is just considered a model number and the other one is a model code.

The online store is telling me that the FXZ is an import model and the smarthub will not work on that model and no streaming apps will function in the united states. Is this even possible or are they just trying to upsell me for no reason. I'm curious as to the reason for the large price discrepancy.

If they are in the same shop, the sales person should be able to tell you.
If they are in different shops, ask Samsung customer service.

The alternative: download the 2 user manuals and compare yourself.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
