Changing the DNS server to 188.8.131.52 then reseting Smart Hub fixed the problem.
New Samsung Smart TV model UN55H6300AF bought in the US.
Besides the web browser, there are no apps loaded and I am unable to download any new apps. When I try selecting "What's new" or "Popular", I get a no apps available message.
It has a wired internet connection. Software is updated. Tried resetting Smart Hub. Same result.
