Have you been able to access the Netflix widget before the latest update, or was there a point in time where the widget was working and then stopped working?
You might try to re-activate the account (deactivate on the website, then reactivate through the TV) to see if it's there's something with the connection from the membership side. Other than that, you might check with Netflix to see if there's troubleshooting available for your account. They can be reached at 866-716-0414.
I am running netflix widget with latest firmware updates. I have no problem loading the main page where I can view my netflix instant queue, but when I choose a selection the app gets stuck in the loading page (the one that has the 'retrieving' and 'quality' status bars) and the movie never begins. Any suggestions on how to fix this? I am connecting to the internet via linkstick, and have no problems accessing the web via other apps (e.g. YouTube).
