Try a manual reset. Do this by, with the TV powered ON, press and hold the EXIT button until you're prompted to "RESET?" Select YES and [Enter].
Then try to see if it properly loads the last known firmware and if that fixes the issue.

Yesterday I decide to connect my TV to internet (cat5) and see what's there to do. After software updates, I clicked on one of the apps and got a hardlock. So I had to physically pull a plug on my TV.
After this, AMP no loner works at all. Before it worked with PS3 (HDMI) and Cableblox (HDMI). For some reason it never worked with PC(HDMI)
Anyhow after hardlock AMP just does nothing. If I turn on demo mode, there is no difference between AMP on and off.
I've done a hard reset (Exit for 10 seconds) and attempted to reflash firmware by a USB/Internet (neither worked, current version 001032). Problem still exists.
After talking to 'live-chat' support they suggested talking to Tier2.
Until then is there a way to format harddrive (or whatever TV has) so I can flash out this ******** app that caused hard lock?
