Without going into all the detail (I don't have the time and I'm not sure it would all fit in one post), my UN55B8500, that I purchased at the end of November 09, has been deemed "un-repairable". Samsung wants to exchange it with a 2010 unit. Has any UN55B8500 owners here had to do this? And if so, what 2010 display were you offered?
Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly
Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
