Everytme I turn the TV on it deletes whatever app i have downloaded. I believe the message that pops up (very quickly) says something about deleting expiried apps??

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

ALWAYS CALL THAT IN.

While I might suspect the date/time is off on the HDTV it's also possible Samsung's code is not ready for 2014.

Remember this is NOT A PC. The makers control the TV and apps. I'm unsure if you knew this.

Thanks for the response but the date and time are set automatic and they are correct. It got to be a firmware issue. Right now I am using v1117.

I have been contacted by Samsung Support but they could not help at the time so know I am in queue for the advance support team to call me..? Hope to get it fixed soon because I would love to be able to use some apps!

That Samsung did indeed glitch something recently. Sadly this is not a PC and a closed system where Samsung is in total control. I don't know about you but this is unacceptable and does not seem to faze Samsung at all when they glitch. I guess you have to think "marketing" and how issues like this are played down.

You can check posts here and in AVSFORUM. I'd rather focus on the issues and rattles Sam's cage.
