Question

UN46D8000 Yellow Area Near Edges

by RayzTheRoof / August 10, 2011 12:22 PM PDT

This TV has been nothing but a nightmare since the day I got it. This is the fourth replacement from Amazon and it's really annoying.

RayzTheRoof,

I'm sorry to hear that you have had an issue with multiple TVs. From the available information you have provided, it would seem the next best corse of action would be to contact Samsung Service for additional assistance and more accurate troubleshooting.

thanks for the reply. I am still wondering though if it is worth it to ask for another replacement. I almost never view the TV at an angle and even when I do, the screen is usually not dark enough to view the yellow areas enough to be annoying. It just bothers me that the yellow is there because I do not know if it is normal or not.
