uLead Video Studio

Hello, I downloaded the free trial of Uleads Video Studio and when I opened it up and clicked on any of the options (DV-to-DVD Wizard, Movie Wizaed or VideoStudio Editor) a message came up saying "Codec TrialActivation has a serious error." Can anyone tell me what to do?
Thanks

I haven't found a cure other than to wipe the drive to renew the trial period.
