ULead Photoimpact XL or 10?

I am somewhat confused about the difference between Ulead's Photoimpact 10 and Photoimpact XL, which I just ordered.
Can someone explain how they differ.
My primary use for this program is to clean up family photos and some scanned slides.
Should I have ordered the Ver 10 or even Ver 8?

That link was exactly what I was looking for. Seems that I should have gotten Ver 10 instead of XL.
While reading some reviews, they noted that Ver 10 is not much different than Ver 8.
I can buy Ver 8 on EBay for under $25 delivered. Do you think that would be a better choice for my needs? (Cleaning up family photos and slides)

XL will likely do what you want.

Use it a while to find out.
