[ue50es6100] Smart hub always installing

by Tyr62 / April 1, 2014 5:17 AM PDT

Since an update of the firmware (the latest) my TV (ue50es6100 model) has a strange behavior.

When I launch smart hub, it can do either:
- Do not run and do nothing (the message "start" appears but nothing happens).
- Reset and start.
- Shutdown and restart the tv.

We can not do anything with the remote control in case of freeze,(we must disconnect and reconnect the tv outlet to getting back the control).

We tested all types of reset (smart hub, tv, ...) nothing works.Do you have an idea? an update do? back to the manufacturer? (it is still under warranty)

Thanks you for your help,
Sorry for my bad english, it's not my native language
