UE46D7000LUXXU Remote issue

Hi all,

I have an issue when using my remote in the menu's etc, nearly every time I use it, it freezes and becomes unresponsive, i can't then move up/down or even back out, and the tv does not flash in the corner to show it is receiving a signal...

Any ideas? I've had this problem on/off since I bought the TV a year ago...

Try the usual.

1. New batteries. Bonus points if you use a Volt meter to be sure the new ones are good.
2. Be sure there is a clear path from the remote's emitter and the TV.

Sorry to hear about this. Normally, I did tell you to see your country's support, since I only have the same information you have for non-US products. But I'm curious. Is this a QWERTY remote or the standard remote?
