My mother in law (in France) has just bought a new TV which I believe is 3D and WIFI ready. She has been trying to use it with Skype to talk to the family and can't get the camera working. With Skype the sounds can be heard but we can't see her.
Skype works fully from her computer which is attached to the the same router/network.
Has anyone experienced this problem or got any suggestions how we can fix it?
I'm in the UK, she is in France. All help appreciated.
