I bought the samen tv and do have the same problems. The sound isn't in sync with the video, because the TV is fixing the video which takes some time. I also use a seperate home cinema. I have read that devices can have lip sync which helps them to communicate together, bus my AV doesn't have it. Therefore, the only thing you can do is adjusting the AV (Sound), not the video, because de screen is always slower because of the adjustments. I turned of things like pixel aprovement, etc. This helps to sync the sound. You could have a look if your AV (sound) has could be delayed, but you need to adjust it all the time.
Do you know how to post new topics in here, because I've managed to stream almost everything. The only thing which doesn't fully stream is "dolby digital", PCM works fine!
I now know that the TV optical out will only send 2.0 to my AV (unless source is the TV's internal receiver), but any device I plug into the TV via HDMI has out of sync sound being outputted from my receiver. It would seem there is a noticeable delay between the images and the sound, i.e. people's lips are still moving after completion of any dialogue.
Does anyone else have this issue? How have you managed to get around this rediculous design flaw of only outputting 2.0 via the optical out? My last TV (2.5 years old) did not have this issue and this is very frustrating and renders my TV unwatchable.
Thanks in advance!
