UE32ES5500 constant clicking/screeching sound

Hi,
So, I've bough this TV and had it delivered on Wednesday, straight out of the box set up and all fine. The one and only thing I was hoping wont happened, had happened. It seems the unit has bad capacitors, it makes a constant pretty loud screeching noise from the back of the TV(top left corner if looking from the front). Its manageable if the image doesn't involve dark colours. As soon as any black/dark scene starts the screeching becomes louder. IF the screen is totally black. its very loud. so i pretty much cant watch films at night with sound being low as the screeching surpasses that.

What should be my course of action ?
Bought from John Lewis on-line.
Should I be contacting them or Samsung?

Hi there did you get this sorted? mine seems to have this problem, when the screen is dark it makes a tiny screeching sound
