Ubuntu on Compaq ipaq desktop

by oludir / June 1, 2008 3:45 AM PDT

I just bought a Compaq Ipaq P3 733Mhz 256mb ram on ebay yet to be shipped. I intend to use it on my HDTV solely for word processing and basic internet or email.

Does any one have experience with using such an old system. Ubuntu or XP recommendation?

Thank you.
