Question

Ubuntu error please help

So I JUST installed ubuntu through Wubi and I tried installing Adobe
Flash Player through the Terminal and I get this error every time

E: Could not get lock /var/cache/apt/cache/apt/archives/lock - open (11:
Resource temporarily unavailable)
E: Unable to lock the download directory

You most likely have synaptic, the Ubuntu Software manager, or an update manager window open some place. Close them and you should be fine.

I decided to install Ubuntu using Wubi as well...

And I installed Flash as well as other plug-ins (like MP3 Playback & Decoding, Java, etc.) by installing Ubuntu Restricted Extras, available in the Ubuntu Software Center. Made thing a lot easier to setup. Cool
