Hi,

Can we expect an automatic updation from Samsung to get the drivers loaded for Wireless keyboard & Mice especially SMART TV -D series (2011 late Models)

Hi Rinesh,

Allow me answer this if you were a US customer who owns a US product, as those are who I have information to support. You're asking me if there will be an update to add this function. I can't answer that question.

I can confirm your assumption that 2011 US models don't support HID-compliant keyboards. However, I'd contact your country's support to see if this is true for your country's models too.
