You can try an HDMI to VGA adapter, but don't be surprised if you need some sort of converter box to pull it off.
I will say however, that most ultimately come to the conclusion that it's more trouble than it's worth to do this sort of thing when you have to go to the level of effort you do.
I have a Lenovo U330 laptop without an HDMI port. I want to attach my laptop to my Panasonic HDTV.
I have a SVGA port on my laptop and the inputs on my tv are HDMI, S-video, RBG and YGB ports. I donot have a VGA input on my tv.
I have a home theatre I attach to the audiojack of my laptop so audio is not the problem.
Now, I how do I connect my laptop to my TV. Can I use a simple VGA to HDMI cable or do I need a convertor box? What is the diff? Any specifications I should be looking for?
I am running my laptop on Windows 7 32bit.
Sorry, I am a newbie to the tech world so any help would be great.
