U.S. Lawmakers Push Anti-Privacy Cyber Legislation

by prewq1 Oct 7, 2014 9:09AM PDT

I am sure many of you have heard about the recent Cyber-attacks on Celeb Naked Photos and Home Depot breach, well just last week JP Morgan bank was hacked and 72 million online customers had there information stolen but NO MONEY LOSSES. The Senate is trying to push a CyberSecurity bill called CISA Cybersecurity Information Sharing Act of 2014 or S.2588 however this CISA bill does nothing to protect are information.https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/u-s-lawmakers-push-anti-privacy-cyber-legislation-jpmorgan-chase-bank-hack/ 1st of all as these links will point out CISA or S.2588 Cyberspying bill as I call it will allow NSA to spy on internet users and now it will be legal for them to do so. http://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2014/jul/12/senate-nsa-secret-cybersecurity-information-sharing-act
Not only that this CISA Cybersecurity bill would destroy Net Neutrality without any interference from the FCC http://www.usnews.com/news/articles/2014/07/07/nsa-net-neutrality-fears-overshadow-senate-cybersecurity-vote

This CISA bill allows your ISP's or INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDERS to give away your information without any worry about liability (LAWSUIT FROM INTERNET CUSTOMERS) to be able to share your information with not only law enforcement but now your ISP can make money selling your information to third parties which is any corporations seeking information about you. The information that would be LEGAL to give out under CISA includes private e-mails, cell phone calls, text messages, online purchases, Credit Card numbers when making purchases, financial information, social security numbers. Both the left and right political parties should be upset. The right should be upset because any 2nd amendment purchases online can now be looked at legally by law enforcement or anyone requesting information and all they have to do is tell the ISP's or Search Engines there is a Cybersecurity breach, The left should be upset as well because now many undocumented workers who send text messages or cell phone calls, under CISA law enforcement can read or listen to those cell phone and text messages or for that fact e-mails and be able to send ICE in. No need for warrants. CISA violates the 4th amendment. However the Senate is pushing to enact CISA S.2588 the Cybersecurity bill https://vpncreative.net/2014/10/07/politicians-pushing-cisa-jpmorgan-hack/

YouTube video below to watch on CISA S.2588

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FLyov0vB_TE

People are trying to get out the word about this dangerous Cybersecurity bill because certain Senators including Sadly Senator Ed Markey of Massachusetts who fought for Net Neutrality online is also join the chorus to push for CISA Cyberspying bill that contains ending Net Neutrality. http://thehill.com/policy/technology/219675-lawmakers-push-cyber-law-after-jpmorgan-hack

I am urging everyone here to call the Senate 2022243121 and give the nice operator your Zip Code and tell your 2 Senators from your state, NO TO CISA S.2588 the Cyber Spying bill or e-mail the Senate by clicking here > http://www.senate.gov/

Please as well sign these 2 petitions below:

1st Petition is from the Electronic Frontier Foundation, fighting for civil liberties online . Please sign and help stop CISA S.2588 https://act.eff.org/action/stop-the-cybersecurity-information-sharing-act-of-2014

The other is from Fight for the Future another internet advocacy group fighting to keep the internet open and free for all http://www.cispaisback.org/

Please the Republican Congress has already passed a privacy violating 4th amendment destroying bill called CISPA https://www.eff.org/deeplinks/2013/04/cispa-passes-out-house-without-any-fixes-core-concerns

Now all the House needs is the Senate to pass its Cyberspying bill and get President Obama to sign that Cyber Spying bill and the House Republicans are really pushing to violate are privacies online for Big Corporations and there lobbyist to get private information on us ALL. http://thehill.com/policy/technology/219429-house-chairman-fears-political-tantrums-could-sink-cyber-bill

So please call your Senators and stop CISA S.2588 Cyber SPying bill.
