Hi, I am looking at two totally different surround sound systems. I like both of them, but I would like to know your opinions. Basically I am looking to use it for surround sound for movies and tv. As well as media from my computer. Both have there pros and cons, just wondering if you have had experiences with either. I am looking at the Logitech Z-5500 and the Sony HT-DDW900. Here are the links:

And was impressed at the sound for the price, sounded better than a $600 Bo$e system.
I have not heard this Sony System, but others sound good.
What is going to be your primary focus? PC with some HT or HT with some PC?
The Logitech is aimed at the PC market, the Sony at the HT. John

Honestly I am planning on using it for both media (wma, mp3, mpgs), and also digital cable equally. I use each about the same amount of time. I plan on eventually building a htpc out of an old dell dimension 2400, but I just bought a new Dell e1505 so I will mess around with that for a while until I can get some decisions made about what I want to put in the 2400. I hope that answered your question.
