Should add Telus has tons of features compared to Rogers (or Rogers hdies them) and I'm going on a trip to the dominican which apparently both telus or rogers phones work. But Rogers has WAY better reception round here I get very little or no signal in my house with Telus and Rogers I get max pretty much everywhere I had the phone. I really need something to push me either way. Anybody got anything at all?
Basicaly literaly. I'm stuck between two different phones, styles, carriers, and technologies. The diffeence in the phones is style, a 10 dollar price difference, and the gsm one isn't even reviewed by CNET. So here it is.
Rogers GSM Samsung a516 - mp3 player, micro sd slot, bluetooth, edge, flip phone, razr-esc keypad, 1.3 mega pixel camera, actualy has a loud speaker
The second phone which is 10 dollars mroe and what I'm kinda learnign towards as a curent Telus customer is.
Telus CDMA LG Chocolate - mp3 player, micro sd slow, bluetooth, 1xrtt, slider (which I'm itnerested in getting as my first slider), 1.3 mega pixel camera.
Basicaly I've only used LG phones and I don't really like them, they're usualy ugly rip offs and I've heard of lots of Chocolate problems. I have a Samsung u410 at the moment which is a decent cheapy but nothing special. Which would be better more so in terms of the technology and the future of it. Also Rogers is soon to be the only carrier to not charge for incoming texts soon.
