TWO OPERATING SYSTEMS

I HAD VISTA AND REMOVED IT AND PUT XP BACK AS MANY OF MY THINGS DIDNT WORK ON VISTA, (PRINTER AND WEB CAM ECT) IVE BEEN TOLD I CAN USE BOTH VISTA AND XP BUT WANT TO KNOW HOW TO LOAD VISTA. THERE ARE SOME THINGS I LIKED ABOUT VISTA ALTHOUGH MOST OF MY THINGS WORK WELL ON XP HOW DO I LOAD VISTA ON AND USE VISTA AND XP ON THE SAME COMPUTER

I'm sorry, but you seem to have a broken keyboard that is causing you to type in a very annoying all caps way. Please fix that so it's not painful to a person's eyes to read your post.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
