Question

Two computer to share 2/3 monitor over HDMI

I have two computer (desktop and laptop) and have two monitors and would like to share with both computer seemlessly to have multiple screens. I have looked at multiple switch and adapter but am not sure if that will work.
Please help me find right product. Thanks

Since the requirement is for both to be up at the same time.

You'll need a multiple HDMI input display like those from Barco (you can google those) or get a HDMI multiplexer. Both run in the thousands so while this is doable, is it worth the cost?

Another way is to run one PC headless and use remote control software like VNC (see google) or Team Viewer to get the other PC onscreen.

It's a multiplexer so that's the right direction.

Now for the acid test. Ask the seller and maker the questions. If they don't answer pre-sale questions then you should keep shopping.
