Two Antivirus Apps - Is this as Risky As it Was?

Mar 21, 2005 2:09AM PST

It's been awhile since I've messed around with more than one AntiVirus apps on one computer. What risks are associated with this?

I seem to be fixing a lot of people's computers lately, and I need to be able to install Avast Home Edition 4.5 on computers that may already have software like Norton, etc.

Thanks!

I just use a web based scan such as HOUSECALL. No install and won't upset what is installed.
