Two accounts

Hi,

I am not getting any help from tech support so I hope that someone here can advise me. I have two accounts with two separate passwords. However for some reason both passwords are accessing the same account and so I can't reach one of our sites at all.

Also accessing the manager with Mozilla causes problems in that everything is in html - any ideas welcome

two accounts where? on CNet? there are a lot of changes going on right now. you still have to contact CNet support if that is what you mean.
