Question

Twin external USB HDDs, 1TB each, not recognised.

Aug 7, 2011 7:20PM PDT

Both HDDs spin up, are recognised in device manager, but cannot be accessed. The disk management will not 'see' the drives either. Both drives gave up at the same second, as backup log shows that backup was canceled to both drives at the same time, and will not recognise them since. I have them set up in a 'manual RAID1', i.e. copying files to both manualy. I have not physically changed any settings. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance to whoever answers!
