nview.dll is a dll to run multiple monitors on the one computer.

If you don't have multiple monitors on your computer it is probably safe to remove the registry entry, but it doesn't harm your system to leave it there. If you are not sure whether to remove it or not, check if TweakNow Reg Cleaner has a "Restore" option, ie, anything it removes can be restored later if any problems occur.
