tv woes

I have a sony grand wega KDF-60WF655. there was a power outage during a fairly strong lightning storm, in which the tv now turns on, stays on for 3 minutes, goes out, red led, comes on, then turns green, the tv comes back on and repeats itself. don't seem to hear the fan like i used to. i removed rear cover and cleaned 2 fans. replaced bulb yet issues persist. any assistance appreciated.
