Question

TV UE65HU7500 paired with bluetooth keyboard : no output

Apr 19, 2015 1:07AM PDT

On this TV, I want to be able to create mails by the web browser and Hotmail with a keyboard (instead of the virtual keyboard on screen).
I have a bluetooth keyboard (IT Software) and managed to pair it with the TV.
Unfortunately a key stroke on the keyboard does not appear on the TV
Can this be remedied?

If not, would a wireless keyboard with USB key be a solution?

Answer
So far BT keyboards rarely work. Try this model.

Try the usual Logitech K400 model It uses a USB HID system. To convert your BT keyboard would be more costly.

This keyboard does the trick.

I'm sure you see why folk offer up this model now. Thanks for the final report.
