They may void your warranty. It's new so in the USA call 1800SAMSUNG for a quick answer or back to the store to return it as defective. A good store will offer support if it's some setting.
Hi all,
Purchased Samsung TV two PCs brand new non smart UA43K5002AKXRQ .
Both working 4 hours then turn off.
Checked all option in menu, nothing like Eco options, timer/ sleeping mode off.
Tried to enter service menu using known codes but not working.
Please advise.
