TV Tuner Card?

I have a media center PC that i built and im looking for a good tv tuner card that has great recording quality. I want to use it to schedule recording for my favorate tv shows. I have the ability to connect optical for audio and component, S-Video or standard composite cable video on my directv reciever. I have a spending limit around $200.

It looks ratty on PC displays (HD screens too) and you'll find owners trying card after card to get a better TV. Sorry, but that's SD for you.

Is there a HDTV feed we can use?

I tried setting up an HD OTA setup but my area is real bad in getting signals, to many hill sin the area and my directv as all still on SD.

ATI and Hauppauge for SD OTA reception. Can't tell any difference in quality (both are what they are.)

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
