tv tuner and graphics card dual display?

i have a amd 3500 with 1 gb of ram right now and integrated graphics, i want to buy a graphics card that will play games like battlefield 2, but im wondering if i can use dual diplays (1 vga and 1 svideo) is this possible? If it is i want to buy a tuner for my pc (its running media center). Thanks for the help!

thanks, does anyone have ideas on a good graphics card and tvtuner, seperately or as an all in wonder or personal cinema....id like to spend about 250

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
