TV suggestions

I am in the market to buy a flat panel television. The specs I am looking for are:

High contrast ratio (100,000:1 or better)
240- 600hz refresh rate
internet connectivity (not a must have but it would be nice)
Under $1000

I would love an LED display. I know at this price point its nearly impossible, however, i dont mind waiting if the prices look like they will drop within the next 6-8 months. Any advice would be great.

An S1 or G10.... You did not say what size?... G10 is better then S1.

And do not trip too much on specs. Price, size, brand, # of inputs and either 720p or 1080p are what you want to focus on.
