When you call it in, they'll have you check the firmware and do a few resets.
As of a couple of weeks ago, more often than not when I open an App, it starts up and uses only about 1/4th of the screen, in the upper left.
Is there a fix for this?

I seem to have made the problem go away for the time being, at least.
I didn't want to do a full factory reset, but I figured I'd try what I'd do if a PC was acting up:
- I powered off the TV.
- I unplugged the TV.
- I held in the power button for several seconds. The power light came on briefly, there was a slight clicking sound and then the power light went dark.
- I released the power button and held it again for several seconds.
- I plugged it back in and turned it on
This seems to have worked for now; the few Apps that I've tried since then now use the whole screen as expected.
We'll see how long this lasts. ![]()
