Sony loses me on the missing parts. Shame on the retailer.
Samsung loses me on their intrusive Smart Hub that is now putting ads on all screens. Even when the input is HDMI. A new low.
Deciding between a 55 inch Sony x850c and Samsung ku6300. Roughly the same price but the Sony is open box and lacks the touch remote and the stand. I can't seem to find any comparisons between these and just want the best tv for the money.
