i want to buy a 52 inches tv..which is better for me with the features of all advanced technology's in it???

PQ = Picture Quality.

The thing about Smart TVs is that the makers think it's OK to intrude and pop up ads. I can give you links but "advanced technology" has so far resulted in me turning off the smart part of the TV and adding a Roku or Amazon Fire TV.

There were some great sales over the past week. If my set was dead, I would have bought a new one.
