Not available in all countries but it's what a TV tech needs to work on TVs. Call Samsung if not in the US.

It finally worked

Ended up disconnecting the new main board and just replaced the power board and it worked. So it ended up being just the power board that was bad. After thinking that the new main board was bad too, I found a packing letter that said it had no firmware loaded and it would need the latest firmware loaded before installation. Luckily I didn't need it and sent it back for a refund. For less than $225 I fixed the TV thanks to the many post about replacing boards in new TVs. Thanks and maybe this can help someone else too.
