It appears you need similar support from Virgin.

Virgin is somehow interfering with my LG 42" LED TV Cinema 3D Full HD 1080p 42LM615S
. A 'this function is not available now' message keeps popping up all the time then after a while start randomly scrolling through the tv settings and changes the channles.The thing is this only happens on channles I have virgin on it works fine when I have the ps3 on or watching via usb.hears what I have tried.changed/swaped hdmi cables and channles.turned of superhub and moved it away.used a scart.used the second tivo box.used another tv.the only thing that seems to work is when I turn the tivo off but this is pointless lol. I am absolutly baffled. Any help would be fantastic because this is starting to drive me crazy.
