But Samsungs are a bit all over the map. Call 1800SAMSUNG and tell them what you want to setup. Or TV Ears. They do that all the time. My bet is it's a setting.
We have TV Ears and can't get them to work on the Samsung 32" 5500 that we purchased today. We don't have Internet connection because our area has slow DSL. We had a Sony Flatscreen before with no issues with the TV Ears. We went as far as to bring our whole TV Ears set up with us when we went TV shopping. The young man told us they would work and showed me where to plug them. Please help.
