tv capture

hi,
i hav a xfx geforce 7800gtx..... can i use it to record live tv...
i got a king of a 6 pin adapter wit my video card...one end goes to the video card and the othere end which is divided into 6 wires are marked
s-vid in
s-vid-out
y out/ comp out
Pb out
comp in
Pr out

can someone tell me the exact process to recrd live tv

could u recommend a few...and pls explain the process of actually recording...i mean how to set up the hardware

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
