The audio support (for the vision-impaired) inexplicably began for PBS dramas. I have tried every button on the remote and combed through the owner's manual. No "AD" or similarly labelled buttons or instructions. I called AKAI support but couldn't get through. The local public TV office said I had to wait until a drama with this function was being broadcast to troubleshoot. Any ideas? The tv is an AKAI model KC01-B2. 32" wide-screen LCD. Thanks!
