General discussion

Tungsten C Headset Jack.

Jun 15, 2005 10:56PM PDT

Ok what can I get that will fit in the evil little hole that will work?

When I plug a headset in I get no sound, however if I plug it half way in I get sound from both the speaker and the headset.

I've seen a headset on the Palmone site, however I just don't like the look of it, now if I have to settle for it, I will.

Thanks for any ssolutions that think outside of the PalmOne box.

Try something else.

My Zire 71 uses standard connections. From what I read and see, so does yours. You may have something a little short or your PDA has an issue you just discovered.

Well got it to work, had to goto a Cinular store and grab a nokia ear bud.
Hey at least it works, hehe.

Thanks Bob!

P.S. still having that issue with the startup wanting to load a not existant executable, but not giving up yet, will keep trying to find the glitch.

You're brave.

I always feel like velcro in such stores. The employees are the other type of velcro....

About the other issue. If it is Windows, look up HIJACKTHIS and see if you can find the item you want to toast.

Music!

Ok I know Tungey isn't really made for music. but now after converting all my files to OGG Vorbis I am one happy camper, heck I can live with mono.

One less piece of tech I am lugging around now.

Hijackthis is not supposed to find it.

It's just a reporting tool and if you want, a power tool to eject the item you selected.

Update your other thread on the subject so it pops to the top, then email me your HJT log.
