TuneUp Utilities: Help with themes?

I use TuneUp Utilities to generate my themes for my PC, but when I next log on, the theme has gone... I have tried saving the theme via Control Panel but it just comes up with Windows Vista Basic theme... any ideas?
(i have just registered so sorry if I have been off-topic or anything)

Does TuneUp have to be loaded at startup for this to work?

Like I say, a guess because I tend to stay away from optimisers like that.

What happens if you select another existing (Microsoft made) theme in Control Panel? Does that stick? If not, it's not a TuneUp problem, but a Vista problem. Then you're in the wrong forum.
